Policies

At Grooming With Tamara, we understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

To better serve all of our clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

Please note: A 48-hour reminder will be sent out before your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations or Rescheduling

Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time to cancel or reschedule.

Late Cancellations

If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee may apply.

No Shows

If you are not home when we arrive for your appointment and have not provided any notice, you will be charged a travel fee, and a deposit will be required to rebook.

Stress Policy

If we are unable to complete the service due to your pet being too stressed or uncooperative, we will do our best to calm your pet and proceed.

However, if we determine it is in the best interest of your pet’s well-being to stop, we will discuss alternative options with you.

A partial service fee may be charged for the time and effort spent.
